Rob Conboy, CEO

Rob has over 25 years of sales and strategic planning experience, all of which have been with highly entrepreneurial companies. For the past ten years, Rob has focused on renewable energy start-ups, bringing leading edge technologies to market at Draker Laboratories as Chief Operating Officer and at Thermal Storage Solutions as VP of Finance and Marketing. Rob has a deep understanding of how to expedite the acceptance of new technologies and building practices.

Chris Renner, Director of Finance

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience. He has a proven track record of success in accounting and finance, most recently as Corporate Controller of a publicly traded renewable energy company. Chris brings a wealth of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis that he developed in both private industry as well as the audit and tax departments of local public accounting firms. Chris is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision making. In his free time, Chris enjoys skiing, golf and spending time with his family.

Jen Burnett, Director of Business Operations

Jen has vast a knowledge and understanding in manufacturing operations; with 8 years at Keurig Green Mountain and more recently with Cabot Creamery Cooperative.  Jen is adept in overall business operations across the multiple functions that comprise manufacturing.  She strives to build an engaging culture and encourages cohesion across business functions.  Jen is passionate about driving success with a focus on continuous improvement, building processes, and metric analysis. 

Thad King, Plant Manager

Thad brings 25 years of manufacturing experience to Glavel, with over 15 of those years in a management role. He is dedicated to  creating safe working environments and building strong, cohesive teams. Outside of work,  he enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, hiking, and fishing.

Tor Dworshak, Director of Marketing

Tor has a background in digital marketing and an MBA in Sustainable Innovation from the University of Vermont. He believes in a combination of timeless marketing fundamentals, a curious approach to the latest trends, an eye on industry forces, and a keeping customers at the center of it all. In his spare time he coaches high school track and field, writes recipes, and races bikes.

Robin Cornell, Sales Manager

Robin is a graduate of the Sustainable Innovation MBA at the University of Vermont. He has worked in environmental education and studied sustainable architecture and construction at the Yestermorrow Design/Build school. When not at work, he can be found doing normal Vermont things such as skiing, hiking and wearing flannels but also enjoys cooking with his wife, martial arts and singing rhyming couplets to his cat Matilda.
